    Cheese: As Straight As They Come Apparently I really struggle with the simple things in life, for instance: cutting a block of cheese straight.  It doesn’t matter how much I try, the cheese always ends up looking somewhat concave.  This frustrates my house mate to no end.  So after much careful “cheese sculpting” after my latest attempt to make grilled cheese toast, I thought he would appreciate this little note. Corey:  You better become a good ” cheese sculptor ” , otherwise individual cheese blocks may be a requirement to maintain residential harmony. Tony:  My foot in your mouth will maintain my residential harmony. Comments
